Refund & Return Policy

1.Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is in unused condition, with original packaging, accessories, and invoice intact. Products with visible signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

2.Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and inspect the item. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.

3.Installation & Unboxing

For items like air conditioners, water purifiers, and LED TVs, unboxing and installation must be done only by authorized technicians. Returns due to self-installation damage or mishandling during unboxing are not covered under this policy.

4.Refunds on Cancellations

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund. If cancelled after dispatch, standard return procedures will apply once the product is received back at our warehouse. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

5.Product Not as Described

If the product you receive is significantly different from what was described or shown on our website, you can initiate a return. We may request photographs or a short video to verify the issue before approving the return request.

6.Non-Returnable Items

Certain items like water filters, accessories, opened hygiene-sensitive products, or customized orders are non-returnable. However, in case of physical damage or defect upon delivery, we will still assist you with replacements.

7.Warranty-Related Issues

After the return window, any issues with your product must be addressed through the manufacturer's warranty. We will help you connect with the service center if required. Please retain the original invoice as proof of purchase for warranty claims.

8.Packaging Requirements

Returned items must be packed securely in the original box with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and protective materials. Inadequate or damaged packaging during the return transit may result in rejection of the return request.

9.Exchange Policy

We do allow exchanges if you ordered the wrong model or capacity, provided the original product is unopened and undamaged. You may have to bear the difference in cost, if applicable, and shipping charges for the new item.
